How to Order

You can make an order via email at cnz@pacific.net.sg.

Please include the following details in your email to us:-
1. Name
2. Contact Number
3. Product Name
4. Mailing address
5. Delivery mode: (Normal Mail / Registered Mail )

The prices stated exclude postage.

Postage rates for normal mail: Depend on the weight of your items
Registered mail: Additional $2.24 on top of normal postage.

As for ordering Pair Mugs:
Delivery mode: Meet Up or Special Arrangement can be made.

Postage will be waived for S$100 purchase !

Mode Of Payment

Upon receiving your order, a confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours. Confirmation is subjected to product availability.

We will include the following:-

1. Amount of item purchased
2. Postage cost
3. Account number for the funds transfer.

Payment is to be made within 3 business days via ATM / Online Transfer to POSB / DBS bank account upon receiving our confirmation email.We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive your payment.

NOTE:Your goods will be sent to you immediately after payment have been received.
